  I have been regular At Chilli's in a few cities
  The food is decent, but today I saw a employee who was doing bartender at the bar when I walk in and few minutes later he was drinking 2 shot the of whiskey at table alone near to us at the bar  area. Maybe  this restaurant allows employees with uniform drinking on the Job.
  Weird and very unprofessional. Maybe this is  the reason the poor service.

  Poor service today
  Sat for 20 minutes bar area without order being taken
  Staff had plenty of time to chit chat with each other though

  I stopped going to this Chili's several years ago because the food was inconsistent and on a non-busy day I was given a avocado salad with no avocado.
  
  Well after trying again, I was cheated again.
  I paid $10 for a cajun chicken  pasta meal... I was hungry
  The mango tea was good, the salad was good, the pasta was so bad I threw it in the trash.  The chicken in the pasta taste kind of old and close too old.  That was basically all that was with the pasta.  NO sause and no veggies.  See pic.

  So as i was going to post an updated review for today's visit, I realized I never updated it the last time I went. So this will basically be a two for one review. As soon as my friend and I entered the first set of doors, a really nice hostess held open the second set and sat us promptly.
  
  The section we were sat in happened to be with the same waiter as last time, Mike. Guys there's hope for chili's with Mike being a server there. He promptly greeted us and took our drink orders. He came back with them super fast as well.
  
  We ordered and just like last time our salads came out fast. Then followed by our meals. I got the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla again. (It's my go to) and my friend got the margarita chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious!
  
  We ordered and split the cookie for desert. I truly had an amazing lunch experience here. I definitely say give it a try and ask for Mike!!

  I ordered a margarita and my glass is completely sticky. You guys serve ribs and you don't have hand wipes? My son ordered his food you get the order wrong the person seasoning the food has no idea what they're doing. I specifically told my waitress I was keeping the menu because I was still ordering drinks and when I was done with my first drink it sat there for 10 minutes before she decided to show up and I had to ask her for another drink that's horrible service you should be checking on your customers not disappearing for long periods of time. And now I'm laying in bed sick and I ate the chicken sandwich. The bathrooms were disgusting and we were stepping on trash as we were walking out the door. I was planning on bringing my son back to this place to have drinks for his 21st birthday because your drinks are really good but not to this Chili's now I know why the place was pretty much empty when we showed up last night get it together
